Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories. Our Customer Support team will assist you throughout the return process.

Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags and documentation.
Ship your parcel following the instructions provided in your return authorisation email. You may use the recommended courier or shipping method provided in that email.
